A Step-by-Step Guide to Completing a Secure and Anonymous Order

Hello again, privacy enthusiasts! In the last post, we introduced you to the world of CryptoCleaner and how our service aims to provide the most secure and private cryptocurrency transactions. Today, we're excited to guide you through creating your first anonymous order on CryptoCleaner.

Before We Begin: Protecting Your Anonymity

To ensure your privacy, it's crucial to adopt some best practices:

1. Use Tor or I2P: Tor (The Onion Router) and I2P (Invisible Internet Project) are networks that help protect your privacy by bouncing your communications around a distributed network of relay nodes worldwide, hiding your IP address in the process. Avoid using a VPN while using these networks as it may create a false sense of security and could potentially leak your real IP address.
2. Use Tails OS: Tails OS is a security-focused operating system that helps you to use the internet anonymously and leaves no trace on the computer you're using unless you ask it to, explicitly.

With these precautions in place, let's dive into the steps to create an anonymous order.

Step 1: Set Up Your First Transaction

In the first transaction, you are sending your funds from your wallet to an exchange. This is done through our secure and encrypted system, which preserves your privacy and anonymity.

Start by navigating to the Anonymize page on our platform. You'll need to input the amount and token you wish to transfer, the exchange you wish to use for this transaction, and your preferred rate (fixed or floating).

Step 2: Configure Your Second Transaction

The second transaction involves moving your funds from the exchange to your target wallet. This target wallet can be one that you've created specifically for this purpose, or one that you're using for general cryptocurrency activities. This part is crucial for your anonymity, as it effectively cuts off any link between your initial wallet and your target wallet.

Again, you'll need to input the amount and token, the exchange, and your preferred rate.

Optional step: Configure Additional Recipients

CryptoCleaner gives you the flexibility to create as many recipients as you want, this feature allows for the distribution of funds to multiple wallets, even with different currencies! This way you can avoid putting all your eggs in one basket.

For each additional transaction, you'll input the same details as in the second transaction and also specify a distribution percentage for each transaction. This percentage determines how your funds are split among the different recipients.

Step 3: Launch Your Order

Once all the details for all transactions are set, launch your order by pressing the Continue button. CryptoCleaner will now take care of creating the Monero wallet and calling the exchanges with the given setup.

Step 4: Make the Transaction

Now, make the transaction to the unique address provided. Make sure to double-check the address before you send the funds. You can use the QR code or click on the address to copy it.

Do not forget the extra id of the address if any is provided!

Step 5: Wait for All Transactions to Finish

Sit back and let CryptoCleaner do the work. You can monitor the progress of your transactions on your order page.

Right now the whole process could take anywhere from 45 minutes to up to two hours, depending on how busy the network is. This is mainly due to how Monero's locked balance feature works. We're trying our best to speed things up and we'll soon post a detailed article explaining this aspect.

Step 6: Delete the Order and Other Traces

Once all transactions are successfully completed, it's time to clear all traces. You have the option to manually delete your order with the Delete order button: data, logs and the used Monero wallet will be deleted on CryptoCleaner. Alternatively, our system automatically deletes orders 24 hours after the completion of the transactions.

Once an order is deleted we lose all traces of it therefore we cannot give any support because we don't have any proof it ever existed. We are working on a new feature that will let you download an encrypted report of your order on completion. We will be able to decode these reports and provide support for them.
